Plan de travail en béton

Depuis quelques années, on utilise le béton dans la cuisine aussi pour le plan de travail. Un plateau en béton est une nouvelle adaptation de ce matériau de construction connu depuis longtemps. Le béton est coulé dans un coffrage spécial qui est réalisé selon vos souhaits. Tout comme le corian, vous avez également avec le béton une liberté artistique en ce qui concerne la forme. Après un processus de séchage de deux ou trois semaines, le plan de travail est décoffré, poli et imprégné.

Le béton est un matériau composite, ce qui offre un certain nombre de possibilité en ce qui concerne la couleur. En ajoutant des colorants ou des granulés, on peut modifier la teinte.

Impregner au cire ou avec de l'huile oxan donne une finition un peu plus mate et profonde.
On peut également laquer le plateau avec un revêtement PU. Cette méthode empêche le béton d'absorber les taches et donne un aspect profond et brillant. A cause du poids du béton, il est conseillé d'ajouter des renforts aux armoires basses. Tenez en compte si vous rénovez votre cuisine.
